An excellent building manager
I own a condo in Somerville (MA) and the condo association of that building hired José Lopez from Resilient to manage it. A couple of weeks ago, there was a fire in my apartment, which caused some damages that extended to the apartment above. José handled all the work in an exceptionally professional manner. Furthermore, he replaced my A/C and furnace system at an extremely good price.
José is extremely honest, competent, and also well-mannered: we truly made a great choice in hiring him!
